Lettering & Graphics If you like the idea of an etched graphic or lettering on your WSA 2000 windscreen, you aren’t alone. Etching does look fantastic and adds your personal touch. Each letter or graphic has its own adhesive – so there is no clear plastic border applied. The letters are cut from a “frost” sheet and applied professionally. There won’t be any air bubbles and it will be put on straight. What you have to decide is what image you want to display, and whether it will read correctly from the front of the SLK, the back or both. 
Three Spaces available for Lettering and Graphics Panel A is the area of the windscreen between the roll bars. This area is visible from the front and back of the SLK. Here you could display a company logo, Zodiac sign, or any graphic you choose. If you display lettering it can only be read correctly from the front or the back – your choice. Graphic images look correct from front and back. Available space is: 3 3/8” x 12” Panel B is the area at the top of the back wall of your SLK. Lettering in this area can only be read from the front of the SLK. Here you could display your initials, name of your car, or car club, SLK230, SLK320, SLK32 etc Available space is: 1” x 14” Panel C is the area just above the storage pouch.
Here you can display a company logo, family crest, insignia,
or any graphic of your choice.

Note: Graphics can be removed with a hair dryer and Goo Gone if necessary. Do not use a razor blade as that will scratch the acrylic screen. To clean your windscreen use Meguiar's #18 Clear Plastic Detailer and the towel which were included with your purchase. Meguiar’s plastic polish will also help protect your windscreen. DO NOT wipe a dusty windscreen with a dry cloth – that will cause scratches.
